Where:
Château de Bardies, a rambling 16th century house set in the foothills
of the Pyrenees, an hour south of Toulouse, SW France.
When:
Normally late July/early August.
What:
If you were at either of the previous Blues at Bardies festivals, you already know roughly what to expect.

Next Festival?
Well, having pondered and agonised for several weeks, we have come to the painful conclusion that it would be too financially risky to run a festival in July 2010 as we had hoped. Blame the credit crunch and the strength of the euro!
There remains an outside chance that we may organise a more modest event earlier next summer, in June or early July, but if not we still hope to get back to business as usual in 2011.
Watch this space as things develop and if you are already on the mailing list watch out for a bulletin in the next month or two. If not, drop me a line to receive regular updates.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: BARDIES LIVE!
Recordings of every performance from Blues at Bardies 2008* are now mixed and ready to show off to the world. Some great tracks are now available to listen to here.
*Unfortunately, despite outstanding musical performances in 2006, for reasons I won't go into here the 2006 recordings never made it beyond the rough mix stage (and some never made it at to any mix at all). Nevertheless, a few are good enough to be included and these will also be available shortly.
