For a number of logistical and personal reasons, the 2008 festival will now be one day only (following a private party the night before), rather than the three days we managed in 2006. However, the ethos (top class musicians and an intimate party atmosphere in an attractive setting) remains unchanged.
We are delighted to welcome back a number of musicians from 2006, along with some new faces. See the Performers page for more details.
As before, we are obliged to ask for a modest financial contribution towards the cost of the musicians and catering. However, in view of the shorter format, we are able to offer a significant reduction on the 2006 price for adults, although this time we are also asking for a small contribution for students and older teenagers.
Bottom line:
£50 for adults and £20 for students aged 16 and over (no charge for under 16s). Free booze and Sunday afternoon BBQ included. Value for money, or what?
