Bardies may be a long way from the established blues
centres of the world (like Chicago, Austin Texas, Kingly Street and
Salisbury Rugby Club), but we have not compromised
on musical quality. We are delighted to welcome the
following great artists to our little corner of France.
(The management reserves the right to change the line up without notice.)

One of the brightest talents on the European blues scene. Think
Howlin’ Wolf crossed
with Muddy Waters with more than a hint of Motown.
Ian has opened for Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings (at the Albert
Hall) and Jimmy Vaughan and is highly sought after at major European festivals. Just back from a successful US tour.
Amazing tone and technique
combined with great musicality. One of the most exciting of the new generation of British blues players, Matt Schofield and the band set the standard for modern, sophisticated but
soulful and passionate blues playing.
Lightnin’ Willy & The
Poorboys
Passionate, high energy and authentic Texas blues. Lightnin' Willy, from Texas via LA, is the genuine article. We are delighted that Bardies is included in his European summer tour schedule for which he will be backed by his band of top-notch British musicians.
Sonny Black, a popular mainstay of the British Blues scene for many years, is a singer and guitarist who takes the blues from the Delta to the borders of jazz and back again. Voted Best UK Blues Guitarist of the Year by Blues In Britain magazine...."He posesses that rare quality called Blues Soul".
Paul
Garner
Original and classy guitarist, singer, songwriter. In turns subtle and dynamic, Paul undoubtedly qualifies as another member of the new generation guitar elite. New Zealand’s finest musical export since Kiri.
Fronted by singer and guitarist Harry Skinner (ex-Producers, voted winners of British Blues Band of the Year for three consecutive years), the new band pushes Harry's performances to an even higher level.
French singer/songwriter/guitarist Phil Fernandez leads probably the best blues band in France. Authentic, Texas style blues as evidenced by two albums recorded in Austin. Just back from an acclaimed UK tour.
